YOU CAN HAVE AN ONLINE LIVE TAX MEETING IN TO PREPARE YOUR TAX RETURN TOGETHER

This Live meeting uses my Specially developed Video/ Audio technology that includes Screen  & Documents Sharing as well as Text chat. This give clients the experience of ” just like being in your office”, producing superior results that a phone call & email  delivery system cannot equal.

It is is the Traditional Accountant’s street based meeting re-engineered to operate in an Online environment.

TO USE: You can call the office (03) 95639370 & speak to my staff or myself to make a time to meet online for our Tax meeting. A new Option will soon be available from the Home Page,  whereby an Online Diary feature will enable clients to make a Meeting  Appointment without the need to call the office.

Once the Booking  has been made using either Option, a confirmation email will be sent out confirming the details of the Meeting, & providing the meeting access details & the link to be used for entry to the meeting

When attending the online meeting please make sure that you have before our meeting electronically sent me your information and have any extra information available in an electronic format at the time of our meeting.

For clients to fully utilize the power of my technology, so  we can see & hear each other Live, a working Webcam is needed .

If this is not possible due to a client’s circumstances at the  time of the meeting, then as long as at the time of the Online Meeting there is present: a PC  (for viewing my Shared PC screen & Shared  documents)  or a Mobile  device ( for viewing Shared  documents),, then we can use your Telephone. device.

We can use your Telephone to speak with each other to discuss & receive my advice live  &  make any resulting changes live which wil be seen live on the PC screen or similar device before being lodged.

USING ONLINE MEETINGS TO PROVIDE ADVICE

Shepperd & Co  is the leading Australian Professional Accounting firm with its Specialty being the delivery of Taxation & Accounting services & Advice using a range of communication methods, either Traditional Street Office based or Modern Internet Online Office based tools

TO USE:   The Shepperd& Co website’s  Home Page provides the access link to the Online Diary feature. Once this link is selected, the client will be re-directed to the Diary page and the appropriate day & time chosen and the details of the meeting entered.

After this is done, a Confirmation email will be sent to confirm the meeting’s details & providing the Meeting access link. These details are also included in the client area inside the “Appointments folder.

At the time of the meeting, the Emailed Link or the Appointments folder meeting link from the client area of the website once clicked on will take the person direct into the meeting as long as the person is logged in as a member.  The link once clicked on will check if the person is logged in as a member. If the user is not logged in as member, the link will re-direct  the user to the log-in screen and once completed, the client will be directed into the meeting.

 

SENDING INFORMATION 

A specially developed password protected  Private internal  Document sending, Emailing & Messaging system allows easy & convenient  delivery of information to us including file attachments

TO USE: Log into your client  area and you will see your mail area where you can send me messages, receive messages & your encrypted  client documents sent  from me

This password protected area also contains your encrypted client files split into different category of Folder types which we can send to for your different needs.
